Rin Mitchell is a 21-year-old queer artist currently enrolled at Kent State University for a dual BFA degree in Painting and Art Education. Rin Mitchell lives and works in Kent, Ohio, and plans to graduate from Kent State University in the Fall of 2027. Mitchell creates works that contemplate the modern horrors of a hyper-digitized and hyper-consumerist society through a playful, abstracted visual language best represented through painting and drawing.
